Project 365 - day 34

Okay, it's not really day 34 because I have several pictures I took before this to post, but this was too good not to add.

We went hiking today, and all of a sudden I looked up and noticed that this rock formation looked like Jabba the Hut.

I do love the play of the trees I was looking through to the rock formation in the distance.

Project 365 - day 33

The aquarium had a tiger (yep, never seen one of those either).  I was pretty impressed that I was able to capture this picture of the tiger yet not make it obvious that he was behind plexiglass.

Project 365 - day 32

I love the way jelly fish look and move -- as long as they are not in the body of water I'm swimming in.

Here are two pictures I took at the aquarium.

Project 365 - day 31

A few weeks ago, I went to the aquarium.  I like how the fish is just peeking out from his/her house.

Project 365 - day 30

This picture was taken last summer at the Vancouver Aquarium.  I love the backlit image of the child with the tale of the whale just disappearing behind the wall.

Project 365 - day 29

I've been taking pictures, I've just not been inspired  to post them. So, I'm going to start, but not in the order they were taken.

This was taken from my front yard using my macro lens. I almost decided I would take this picture the next time it snowed, but it was a good thing I didn't wait because the squirrels ate all the crab apples the next day.

I just loved the way the snow was contrasting the red apples.

Project 365 day 28

I'm not sure why, but as much as I keep taking pictures, I'm not so good at posting them. So, I'm going to pretend that everything is on schedule, and I'm going to just post my old pictures as well as my current ones.

This summer, we went on vacation to Vancouver, BC. Our first day, we took the ferry to Victoria. On the ferry ride back to Vancouver, I went off by myself to take pictures of the pass. I love the reflection of the land in the windows of the ferry.
