The Christmas Spirit Lives

I rushed to the post office yesterday, about 10 minutes before it closed, planning on mailing 4 boxes. I took them out of the car and was trying to pick them up. I was about six car lengths from the door.

A woman was walking up the sidewalk towards me and said "Let me help you." I had thought she was just going to put the packages on top for me. Instead she picked up two and started walking with me. As we walked, she told me that she saw me with the packages and thought she would just wait to open the door for me, but she saw how much I had and walked up to help me carry them.

It was so very sweet!
